Event Video & Livestreaming

Event video and livestreaming in St. Cloud and Central Minnesota

Multi-camera video of your event, edited and delivered within two weeks. Livestreaming when you need it.

E&E Media Services provides event videography across St. Cloud and Central Minnesota. We record lectures, conferences, concerts, galas, graduations and ceremonies on two to five cameras, with audio taken directly from the venue's sound system.

After the event, we edit the cameras, slides and speaker names into one finished video and deliver it within two weeks. Short highlight videos and clips for social media can be added, and the original camera files are available on request.

When people need to watch as it happens, we livestream the same event to YouTube, Facebook, your website or a private link for invited guests. The stream is switched live on a professional broadcast system, and the full recording is made locally at the same time, so the final video does not depend on the venue's internet.

Most multi-camera events cost $2,000 to $5,000, with or without a livestream, depending on the venue, the number of cameras and the length of the event. Single-camera ceremonies start at $950. Multi-day conferences and multi-room events are quoted individually.

We work across St. Cloud, St. Joseph, Collegeville, Sartell, Sauk Rapids and Waite Park with no travel charges. Events in Minneapolis and St. Paul are quoted individually.

Recent work includes the 20th Annual McCarthy Lecture with David Brooks, recorded on three cameras for the McCarthy Center at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, and Johnnie GameDay, a one-hour live show with two hosts and five cameras for Saint John's University and the Johnnie Football Network.

How It Works

Our process

Walkthrough and planning

We visit the venue, plan camera positions and audio, and coordinate with venue staff. For a livestream, we also test the internet connection. You approve the plan before the event.

Setup

We arrive early, set up cameras and audio, load names and graphics, and test everything before the audience arrives.

Event day

We record the full event on every camera. If you booked a livestream, we switch and stream it live while the recording runs.

Edit and delivery

We edit the event into a finished video and deliver it within two weeks, along with any highlight video or clips you ordered.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does event videography cost?

Most multi-camera events cost $2,000 to $5,000, with or without a livestream, depending on the venue, the number of cameras and the length of the event. Single-camera ceremonies start at $950. Multi-day conferences and multi-room events are quoted individually. You receive a complete quote before anything is booked.

Do we need a livestream, or only a recording?

A recording is enough when the audience is in the room and the video is for later: posting, archiving or sharing with people who missed it. Add a livestream when people need to watch while the event is happening, such as family who cannot travel or members who cannot attend. Both are covered by the same price range.

How soon do we receive the video?

The edited video is delivered within two weeks of the event. If you need the full recording sooner, tell us when you book and we will plan for it.

Can you record a concert with copyrighted music?

Yes. Posting or streaming copyrighted music publicly can require permission from the publishers, so we review that with you before the event.

What does the venue need?

Power near the camera positions and, for a livestream, a reliable internet connection, which we test during the walkthrough. We bring the cameras, audio, switching and streaming equipment.

Where can people watch a livestream?

On YouTube, Facebook Live, your own website, or a private link that only works for the people you share it with. We can stream to several platforms at once.

What happens if something goes wrong during a livestream?

We test the equipment and connection in advance and record everything locally at full quality. If the internet drops, the recording is unaffected and we restore the stream while the cameras keep running.

Do you work in the Twin Cities?

Yes. Central Minnesota is home, with no travel charges. Events in Minneapolis and St. Paul are quoted individually to cover travel.

Have a date on the calendar?

Send us the date and venue, and we will confirm availability and send a quote.
